Terms of Service

Last updated: [Effective date — draft prepared October 10, 2026]

These Terms are an agreement between you and Wired Select ("we", "us") for using wiredselect.com. By creating an account or using the site, you agree to them. If you're under 18, please read them with a parent or guardian.

1. What Wired Select is

Wired Select lets high school athletes build a recruiting profile (film, photos, stats, academics and contacts) and share it with college coaches. It also lets verified college coaches view athlete contact details, download film and photos, and save profile PDFs. Wired Select is a tool for sharing information. We are not a recruiting agent or scouting service, and we don't guarantee that any coach will view a profile or that any athlete will receive an offer, scholarship or roster spot.

2. Who can use Wired Select

3. Your account

4. Your content

You own the film, photos, stats, text and other material you add ("your content"). You give Wired Select a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, copy, display and adapt your content, for example by creating web-friendly video copies, previews and PDFs. We use this license only to run and promote the service, including showing your public profile to anyone and sharing your full profile with verified coaches. The license ends when you delete the content or your account, except for copies coaches have already downloaded and routine backups.

You promise that:

We may remove content or limit a profile that breaks these rules.

5. Rules for college coaches

6. Coach outreach and the coach directory

7. Plans, billing and cancellation

Taxes may be added where required.

8. Things you may not do

9. Not affiliated with any association or college

Wired Select is independent and isn't affiliated with or endorsed by the NCAA, NAIA, NJCAA, any college or any club. Club and school names and logos belong to their owners. Athletes and families are responsible for understanding eligibility and recruiting rules, including amateurism rules.

10. Ending your account

You can stop using Wired Select and delete your account at any time from your account (Plan & billing for athletes, the coach sign-in page for coaches), or by emailing support@wiredselect.com. Deleting cancels any paid plan; time already paid for isn't refunded. We may suspend or close accounts that break these Terms or put others at risk. Where reasonable, we'll tell you first. Sections that by their nature should continue (such as content licenses for copies already shared, disclaimers and limits of liability) continue after your account ends.

11. Disclaimers

Wired Select is provided "as is" and "as available." To the extent the law allows, we make no warranties of any kind, including that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that information posted by athletes, coaches or other users is accurate. Stats and measurables are self-reported unless marked as verified by a named source. We don't check them.

12. Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, Wired Select and its owners, employees and partners won't be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost opportunities, scholarships, profits or data. Our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim or $100. Some places don't allow these limits, so they may not apply to you.

13. Responsibility for your actions

If you break these Terms or the law, or your content infringes someone's rights, you agree to cover the reasonable costs and claims that result for Wired Select, to the extent the law allows. [Counsel: confirm enforceability against minors and parents.]

14. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of [State, e.g. Pennsylvania], without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Before filing any claim, please contact us at support@wiredselect.com so we can try to resolve it. Any legal action will be brought in the state or federal courts located in [County, State], unless the law says otherwise. [Counsel: decide whether to add arbitration or a class-action waiver.]

15. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms as Wired Select changes. For important changes we'll update the date above and notify account holders by email or in the app before they take effect. Continuing to use Wired Select after that means you accept the new Terms.
